Events
Friday night (October 23rd) - All guests are invited to join us for a casual get-together at The Portsmouth Brewery at roughly 8:30 p.m. This place is located right in downtown Portsmouth, at 56 Market Street, and is affiliated with Smuttynose Brewing Company (if you want to do some advanced scouting as to what you think might like to drink).
Saturday (October 24th) – I heard something about a wedding on this day…
Sunday morning (October 25th) – Guests are invited to a casual breakfast at the Wentworth by the Sea, served from 9 – 11 a.m. It’s the most important meal of the day, you know. Please stop by if you can!
Other things to do around Portsmouth
Strawberry Banke – This “museum” allows visitors to travel through restored houses depicting life during the past four centuries. I feel like I learned something already.
Annual Great Bay 5k – For those guests who are feeling particularly motivated, why not go for a morning run. Note that the winners get $150, and Halloween costumes are allowed.
Portsmouth Naval Shipyard – Aye aye! Unfortunately, the shipyard does not offer tours at this time. But submarines are still cool, so check out the USS Albacore Visitor Center.
